Order Processing

All orders must be placed online.

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

Orders are processed during normal business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
In-Store Collection

Free in-store collection is available.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Payment may be made via bank deposit, EFT, or card in-store on collection.

No cash payments are accepted.
Courier Delivery

Courier delivery is available throughout South Africa.

A flat courier rate of R100 applies.

Delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Orders are shipped via our courier partner (Aramex).
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays or remote delivery areas.
Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

RFC The White & Blue Store cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided to the customer via email.

Customers may use the provided tracking number to follow their delivery with the courier.
