Return & Refund Policy

At RFC The White & Blue Store, we take pride in providing quality supporters merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of collection or delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered

  • Items returned outside the 7-day return period

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or style, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method:

    • Bank deposit / EFT refunds will be made to the customer’s bank account.

    • Card payments made in-store on collection will be refunded accordingly.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Courier Returns

  • Courier return costs are for the customer’s account, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
