At RFC The White & Blue Store, we take pride in providing quality supporters merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.
Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days of collection or delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered

Items returned outside the 7-day return period
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size or style, subject to stock availability.

If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method:

Bank deposit / EFT refunds will be made to the customer’s bank account.

Card payments made in-store on collection will be refunded accordingly.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Courier Returns

Courier return costs are for the customer’s account, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
